We are very much proud to introduce ourself as the only company who has developed, manufacturing & marketing Calcium Fluoride high assay / high purity micron grade in India since 1991.

 Our product “Calcium Fluoride” is also used as a flux in manufacturing Iron Powder Components (In powder metallurgy). During the year 2002 efforts were taken for the best use of CaF 2 for the manufacture of Iron powder components in forging / sintering, Dr. PAUL BEISS (German National & visiting Scientific Consultant for M/S. Sundaram Fasteners) & Research and Development department of M/s. SUNDRAM FASTENERS LIMITED had taken serious effort to use Calcium Fluoride with suitable particle size in Forging & Sintering of Iron components.

We M/s. LUMINECENT CHEMICAL INDIA already as expert in manufacture micron size, high assay and high purity CaF 2 were involved in developing CaF 2 for Iron Powder Forging / Sintering as per the advice of Dr. PAUL BEISS (German National). Trial were success in the year 2002, CaF 2 were added as flux in Iron powder Forging / Sintering for the manufacture of Iron components for auto parts, two wheeler & bicycle parts, bolt & nuts and others fasteners.

CALCIUM FLUORIDE (CaF2) 

Use of Calcium Fluoride [Fluorspar (CaF2)] as88 flux in steel industries is well known for centuries. Calcium Fluoride is an additive as flux in Iron melting foundries for molding of Iron components.

  At present Iron powder technology has become common in forging / sintering in the field of iron components. In such process 0.3% Manganese sulfide is added as flux. Even though Calcium Fluoride (CaF2) is an excellent flux in Iron powder technology, CaF2 was not added due to lack of technical knowledge and optimization of particle size.
